Thursday, 25/12/2025Townhouses are a type of housing that emerged in response to urbanization. Townhouses typically have narrow facades but still maintain a sense of privacy, so the spatial arrangement needs careful consideration to create a feeling of spaciousness and comfort for the occupants.
An Cuu City Urban Area is a model urban project based on the Phu My Hung Urban Area model, implemented by IMG Hue Investment Joint Stock Company. An Cuu City covers a total area of 32.3 hectares within the 1,700-hectare master plan of the An Van Duong New Urban Area, developed by the Institute of Urban and Rural Planning – Ministry of Construction. The project has completed the construction of 583 low-rise houses, including townhouses, detached houses, and garden villas; with over 450 houses already occupied; and the infrastructure is fully developed.

The house's perspective is primarily from the front, so the design needs to incorporate variations in space to create a dynamic feel. Therefore, combining different facades is a reasonable design solution that prevents each house from appearing monotonous while creating a unified and cohesive look within the neighborhood.
With 351 terraced houses in blocks C, D, E, F, O, N, Q, and S at An Cuu City, the split-level design creates airy spaces, efficiently utilizing floor areas to create functional rooms for future living.

The house's 4.5m wide facade, with its split-level design, makes the house feel more spacious. The combination of skylights and natural light from the staircase roof fills the interior with light, bringing vitality to houses with limited frontage and land area.
The terraced house has a land area of 4.5m x 18m = 81m2, with a total floor area of 211m2.
- The first floor has a floor area of 65.25m2, with the remaining area being a garden, creating a harmonious living space with nature. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom are the main functional spaces on the first floor.
- The second floor features two enclosed bedrooms arranged in a split-level design, adding vibrancy and life to the space.
- The third floor has one bedroom and a prayer room. The attic, with a floor area of 16m2, is a necessary space for family activities.
Overall, the townhouse complexes are planned and designed uniformly, with 11.5m wide main roads and 2m wide internal roads creating modern neighborhoods that meet future living needs.
